You warrant that You are competent to contract as per the law of Nepal Government and possess legal authority to use the products and services offered on the Website in accordance with the terms and conditions of booking, sale and delivery of services/ vehicle(s) is marketed by Kia Nepal.

The Website can be viewed anywhere in the world but is intended for use only in Nepal. The products and services provided on the Website are not available in all geographic areas. Your eligibility for particular products and services is subject to final determination by Kia Nepal and/or its affiliates. Kia Nepal vehicles described in the Website relate only to Nepali specifications.

Intellectual Property Rights⁴

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and all materials, including images, designs, video clips, animation, contents etc. written that are part of the Website are intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by/to Kia Nepal and are protected by Nepal and/or international intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, Kia Nepal owns or has been licensed, as the case may be, all intellectual property rights to and into the trademark “Kia”, and the Website including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to trade names, service marks, logos, domain name, copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, designs, know-how, designs, graphics and inventions, goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks.
